The Hawk Chase - Kensico Lake Westchester County, NY

As I was waiting for Andrea to finish up some Make-Up trials in Chappaqua, NY, I decided to get some work done and then hang out for a bit. I looked on the map and saw there was a lake nearby so I drove to Lake Kensico. After 30minutes of sitting near the water, I heard some birds fighting in the distance and as soon as I realized what I was missing, I took this shot. I just wish I would have spotted the action sooner so I could have exposed a little better but this all happened in a matter of seconds right before they flew off into the trees out of sight. Still pretty cool though and wanted to share with you all. Notice the little black bird attacking the Hawks wing!!! Camera Info: Canon 5D Mark III, ISO100, 142mm @ f/2.8, 1/2000
